Protecting Creative Work
We respect hard work. If you created an app and see it here without permission, we want to fix that immediately. This page explains how to report copyright problems under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
What is DMCA?
DMCA is a US law that protects digital content. It gives creators power to remove unauthorized copies of their work from websites. We follow this law strictly because we believe in fair play.
Before You Report
Make sure you have:
- Proof you own the copyright (or work for the owner)
- Exact URL where the app appears on our site
- Your contact information
- A statement that you believe use is unauthorized
How to File a Complaint
Send your DMCA notice to: dmca@apkrute.com
Include these details:
- Your Signature—physical or electronic
- Description—what material is being copied
- Location—exact web address on our site
- Your Info—address, phone, email
- Good Faith Statement—You believe this is unauthorized
- Accuracy Statement—under penalty of perjury, information is correct
What Happens Next?
Within 48 Hours: We review your claim
Within 5 Days: We remove the content or ask for more proof
Notification: We inform the uploader (if applicable)
Counter-Notice: They can respond if they believe it’s a mistake
We keep records of all actions for legal purposes.
False Claims Warning
Only copyright owners or their agents should file reports. False claims carry serious legal penalties. If you’re unsure about your rights, talk to a lawyer first.
Our Commitment
We don’t profit from stolen content. Our goal is to help users find legitimate apps. When mistakes happen, we fix them fast. Learn more about our values on the About Us page.
Repeat Offenders
